Cuisinart CSG-200 Infrared and Folding Grill Thermometer with LCD display

The Cuisinart Infrared & Folding Grill Thermometer (CSG-200) is designed with 2-in-1 functionality of a non-contact infrared sensor that instantly measures the temperature of the cooking surface, e.g. pizza stone, and a folding probe sensor that instantly and accurately measures the temperature of the grilled food, e.g. sirloin strip. It takes the sensors as little as 2-3 seconds and is accurate to +/-1 degrees. The thermometer has an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen that can quickly switch between ˚C/˚F (probe can read up to 572 ˚F, IR reads up to 932 ˚F).
