This pull-up bar has been designed for BenchK 3 and 7 series. It is permanently mounted to the top of the wall bars. The pull up bar has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
Also, it allows doing spine stretches, mobility and resistance training, when straps or resistance bands are attached to it.
